Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an Eloise Moir Photography Gift Card, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.



1. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher. The photography session must be booked before the expiry date.

2. Redemption

Gift vouchers may be redeemed for photography services and/or products as specified on the voucher. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

3. Booking & Availability

All sessions are subject to availability. Bookings must be made in advance. Availability may be limited during peak periods (including weekends, school holidays, and wedding season). Early booking is strongly recommended.

4. Transfers

Gift vouchers are redeemable by the named recipient or the person presenting the voucher. Vouchers may be transferred unless otherwise stated, provided they are used within the validity period.

5. Partial Use

If the value of the voucher is not fully redeemed in one transaction, any remaining balance will remain available until the expiry date. Unused balances after expiry will not be refunded.

6. Additional Costs

If the chosen session or products exceed the value of the voucher, the recipient will be required to pay the difference.

7. Travel & Additional Fees

Gift vouchers do not include travel fees unless expressly stated. Travel outside the photographer’s standard service area may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Where a booking is cancelled with insufficient notice, the voucher may be forfeited in accordance with those policies, except where cancellation is required due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond the client’s control, in line with ACL fairness provisions.

9. Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (for example, if services cannot be supplied as promised).

10. Expiry Extensions

Gift vouchers are valid for the full five-year period. Extensions beyond the expiry date are not guaranteed and may be offered at the photographer’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.

11. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced unless proof of purchase can be provided and the voucher has not yet been redeemed.

12. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
